The gin that gave a second life to beer. When Parisian bars and restaurants closed their doors at the beginning of the pandemic, Paname Brewing Company had thousands of litres of beer with nowhere to go. We helped them upcycle it into a gin brand - and Immortal Jellyfish was born.
